I scored 60 percent in class 12th PCM + English, and in JEE Mains, I scored 98 percentile. Will I be eligible for DTU?

Yes, The delhi technological University criteria for B.Tech include a minimum 60% in 12th.You meet that condition.But if you are looking for a admission in high competitive branches like CSE and IT, this score can't be always be promising.DTU admits students based mainly on JEE MAIN score.
