No you should not apply this time as welingkar accepts 85 percentile and above in CMAT.

The college is good with good infrastructure and exposure. There is no specific cut off as mentioned by the college,it's usually between 80-85%, would suggest you give it a try

Three months may not be enough for CMAT preparation, if you're doing it from scratch. However, if you are preparing for CAT, XAT, NMAT, you can prepare for CMAT in 3 months as you have clear understanding of the syllabus already and you will need exam specific practice only.
