Hi Both are central university and reputed so it is fine if you do B.Com from anywhere however, IGNOU has a specialised course B.Com for ICAI students pursuing CA This helps in your CA study without any additional burden and helpful too So you should prefer IGNOU's B.Com specially designed for ICAI
