Yes, you can pursue B.Com. First, you have to fill the waiting list form. After getting the merit list, you all get your rank and further proceedings are not that difficult. Applicants who have passed 10+2 in any discipline with minimum 50% marks are eligible to get admission. Admission to B.Com course is given on merit-basis. You should look for the previous year's merit list that would clear your doubts about the percentage issue.
