I scored 73 marks in JEE Mains and 82% in 12th but I didn't get any good college. So, should I drop to prepare for JEE or go for BCA+MCA?

Hi, You should take a chance and see if you don't get a good college after one year drop then choose the career which you want to pursue.

It depends, if you can get admission in IITs then do it in India, if not, you can do in Canada according to your interest.
