I scored 76 marks in COMEDK and my rank is 30000. Will I get a good college for CSE?

Hello Admit, I think you will agree with me that your rank in COMEDK is a bit on the lower side. With this to get CSE looks difficult to me. But if you want only this branch then you may seek seat under management quota. Best wishes.
