I scored 78.8% marks in 12th PCB. Can I get admission in this college? I belong to BCA category.

It depends, where you want to take admission, like in Haryana you can get admission with this marks in colleges under Maharishi Dyanad University etc., but in Delhi it would be quite difficult.
Try entry through entrance exam options too.
In Rohtak, PGI medical check their criteria for admission I think you can get admission there check for it.
