I scored 78% in 10th class, 70% in class 12th and 60% in graduation. My CAT percentile is 84.41. Is there any chance for me in this college?

If you have received a call from IIMs, you usually have an equal chance of getting in to IIMs and you are not severely disadvantaged. Except few candidates on top, almost everyone who has a call lie in very close range of scores. Hence I would recommend that you don't worry too much about your chances and focus on your preparation for WAT/GD/PI and give your best shot at it.
