Even if you have cleared the cut-off marks for all the subjects, it all depends on the rank. If your rank is under 12000 then you have good chances to get a seat in IIT. There are around 11279 seats in IITs, so its simple equation you rank need to be under 11279.

Sorry, on the basis of your marks, your expected rank is above 75000. Hence admission in IITs is difficult.
