Congratulations on clearing the cut off marks of 75 for general category. Though you have less marks, so it will be very difficult to get any IIIT and NIT. Try to go for state level counselling and apply for top government colleges of your state. There will be a chance that you will get government college. Otherwise, try for private colleges. -
With your marks being 78 and from general category, it is highly impossible to get any NIT IIIT. Though you can get private colleges. -
