I scored 78 marks in JEE Mains 2018 and got rank of 102287. I belong from general category. Will I get any IIIT or NITs?

No, you are not going to get anyone of the colleges.

With your marks being 78 and from general category, it is highly impossible to get any NIT IIIT. Though you can get private colleges.
