I scored 79.21% in MH-CET 2019, can I apply to SIES for PGDM in marketing? Can I get a call for GD-PI?

Yes, you have a decent chance of getting call for the process as SIES doesn't believe in partiality based on entrance exam score and gives a fair chance to everyone in GD PI. I will suggest you give it a try, even if you don't convert it, you'll have a lot to learn and will be better prepared for any further GD PI. Good Luck.
