At the undergraduate level, the National Institute of Technology, Manipur offers BTech programmes to various students. The eligibility criteria to apply for the BTech programme is Class 12 with a minimum of 75 percent aggregate and the accepted entrance examination is JEE Main. It is difficult to predict beforehand based on past trends as the cut-off changes every year. The variance in past and present year cut-offs comes due to the changes in the availability of seats, the number of students applying for admission, and various other criteria set by the college year on year. Seat allotment is on the basis of your rank in the exam. So you can check previous years opening and closing rank of NIT Manipur on JoSSA's website and guess accordingly. Between your 10+2 exam's percentage is good for admission in NITs. Best wishes for your future.
