    1. Plan your studies: Create a study plan that covers all the topics in the syllabus and allocate time for each topic based on its difficulty level. Make sure to prioritise the topics that you find difficult and focus more on them.
    2. Practice previous year papers: Solve as many previous year papers as possible. This will help you get an idea about the exam pattern, question types, and difficulty level.

    1. Do not read new chapters now just focus on the chapters and topics you have covered previously.
    2. Give test series as much you can and hence check your test analysis after every test and improve your weak topics.

In your 1st attempt, 80 percentile is not so good, but in the upcoming attempts, you can definitely improve yourself and score 95 percentile or above. All you need to do is work hard and smart. As you have not completed the syllabus, first you try to cover as much syllabus as you can and then practice a lot of PYQs and give mock tests. You will have a good chance to clear the exam with 95 percentile or above, but you have to be sincere. All the best.

JEE Main Percentile Consideration

Primary Admission Criteria: For many engineering colleges in India, including CU, the JEE Main percentile is often considered as a key parameter for shortlisting candidates for admission to various branches, especially the popular and competitive ones like ECE, Electrical, and Mechatronics.

Higher Percentile Advantage: A higher JEE Main percentile can give you a better chance of securing admission to the more sought-after branches. For example, candidates with percentiles above 90 generally have a higher chance of admission into these branches, as they are considered to be more competitive.
