I scored 83 marks and I got 87 percentile why? , I am from 16 march 2nd shift, 2021 JEE Main.

    Hello Rahul, percentile is the indication as to how many students are below you in merit. It's decided for each session separately. Your 87 percentile with just 83 marks show that 87% of students who appeared along with you have scored less than 83 marks!
