Considered one of India's top-ranked universities for postgraduate and research studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) is a public central university that has been given the status of 'University of Excellence' by the UGC. It has been accredited by the NAAC with a Grade Point of 3.91 (on a scale of 4) and has been ranked 2 in the "University" category by the NIRF 2022 Rankings.

Congratulations on your achievement! According to previous year's admission data, securing rank 851 with SC reservation category in AUEET makes you eligible for admissions in CSE branch. However, admission is subject to availability of seats and other criteria. It is advisable to check the official website of Andhra University for the latest updates on admissions and counselling procedures. Good luck with your future endeavors!

With an AUEET 2025 rank of 2472 (General category), it is very unlikely that you will get CSE in Andhra University. In 2024, the closing rank for CSE was around 454 and approximately 1722 in 2023.

You can be certain to get admission from branches furnishing lower (higher rank) cutoffs such as Information Technology (IT) (cutoff ~4003) or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) (cutoff ~1561), since they always get filled much higher ranks.

It is unlikely you are eligible for AUEET (Andhra University Engineering Entrance Test) with a failed bridge course. While you may have completed 85% of your vocational intermediate CSE course, the bridge course is a prerequisite for many engineering programs, and failing it likely makes you ineligible. You should confirm the specific eligibility criteria with Andhra University, but generally, passing the bridge course is a standard requirement for engineering admissions after vocational intermediate courses.

In the case Andhra Pradesh EAMCET (AP EAPCET), since you are an Odia, you would basically be classified as a Non-Local applicant. Eligibility requirements You should be an Indian national and passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology with minimum 45 percent marks (40 percent of the reserved categories). But typically the quotas admission of non-locals is capped at 15% of the total available seats (All India Quota) and you will need to fulfill the domicile criteria (e.g. having studied four years in AP/Telangana schools, or be an OCI/PIO passport holder).

Candidates will be able to calculate their probable secured scores using the AUEET answer key. To make the calculation, the candidates will have to compare their responses to the official answer key. The marking scheme as per the AUEET exam pattern has to be followed. The calculated total will be the probable score secured by the candidates in AUEET. However, the calculated scores will be indicative and may differ from the AUEET result.
