I scored 86.4 percentile in JEE Mains. I belong to the General Category. Can I get IIIT or NIT?

Based on the previous year analysis, General category candidates require 95-97 percentile in JEE Mains for NIT. OBC/ EWS candidates require 85-90 percentile while SC/ ST candidates require 65-70 percentile in JEE Mains for NITs.
