I scored 86.44 percentile in January JEE Mains. Am I eligible for IIT Advanced? What will be my approximate marks?

You have scored nicely indeed. NTA will be announcing results of JEE Mains by end of this month and then the picture will be clear. However, logically speaking, one third of the approximately 10 Lacs students who appeared are likely to be cleared to appear for JEE Advanced. So, those who have percentile of (100-33=67) can be in the cleared list. With this argument, I feel you should have no worries. Best wishes to you for your JEE Advanced.
