You have scored nicely indeed. NTA will be announcing results of JEE Mains by end of this month and then the picture will be clear. However, logically speaking, one third of the approximately 10 Lacs students who appeared are likely to be cleared to appear for JEE Advanced. So, those who have percentile of (100-33=67) can be in the cleared list. With this argument, I feel you should have no worries. Best wishes to you for your JEE Advanced.

No, JEE Mains scores are not compulsory for admissions to the BTech course at Sai University, because the university also takes other entrance exam scores into account to get students.
