Admission in IPU is done on the basis of a separate exam IPU-CET conducted by GGSIPU. For eligibility criteria visit: http://www.ipu.ac.in/pubinfo/admission2018/adm2018main/ADMBRO2018A_190218.pdf.

Yes, you can surely get admission in IPU. You have scored decent marks in the 12th exams as well as the competition. All you have to do is go and check the cutoff of last year the opening and closing rank of every college and you will find colleges according to your rank. Best of luck.
