I scored 86% in 12th boards with PCM. What is the process of studying engineering courses (CS or IT) abroad?

Out of personal experience I would not recommend anyone to study abroad for one's UG degree. 86% however is alright for entry to a BEng/BTech in CSc or IT in any country abroad. If you have good genuine funding in place then UK is the best destination for a UG with Honours. One cannot however expect Permanent Residency (PR) as something which they are deemed to attain upon graduation.
