I scored 87.35% in graduation & want to do MBA. Will my work experience get counted during placements?

I was trying for government jobs & have a gap of 3 years in my studies.

    Yes, it will be beneficial for you during placements. If you have got some achievements during your job, they will prefer you. The percentage is good. You need to appear for CAT exam to get admission for MBA.
