I scored 87 marks in CMAT exam and my overall percentile is 34. Can I get admission in any college in Mumbai for MMS, MBA and PGDM?

It is quite difficult with such a score. The CMAT cutoffs are generally high. It is impossible to get a good college for MS course. You can try for PGDM. However, I would advise you to try hard again with a re-exam, if you want to admitted in a reputed college.

Thank you for answering my question, but can you please tell me about any college in Mumbai which will accept such scores and give admission? I just want to do PGDM from any college.

With such a low score in CMAT (or any other exam for that matter), it is impossible to even get a decent college. I suggest you to either reappear for CMAT or focus on the upcoming exams like MAH-MBA CET (today's the last day of form filling) and MAT (May).

Generally, I never consider any other college apart from the top-ranked ones via an exam. So can't help you in that case. And the placements will be a major issue, once you take admission in any below average college.
