The eligibility for B.Tech is pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 or equivalent (with Physics, Mathematics and English)* subject to qualifying + LPUNEST (B.Tech.)
Till now, we have no notification to consider JEE Mains for B.Tech admissions as of now.
You must have to qualify our entrance test NEST.

for further assistance you may contact the admission department of LPU or you can also visit the official website of LPU.

    Dear Navdeep,
Let me share the eligibility for the BTech in Information Technology programme at LPU with you. You have to qualify either JEE mains or LPUNEST
You should have a minimum of 60% marks in the 12th class with mandatory subjects English, Maths, and Physics. Moreover, you have to qualify for the either LPUNEST exam or should have a minimum of 85 percentile in the JEE Mains exam.
I did MBA from LPU and one of my friend's younger brothers is also studying over there in B.Tech IT.
There are a few parameters I would like to share with you why IT is good at LPU.
Great Placement: LPU has a good placement record for IT students. Every yea

    hey,

If you achieve a score of 90% in your 12th PSEB examinations, you won't need to take the NEST or JEE to enroll in most programs at LPU, including the B.Tech degree. I mention this as a student currently attending LPU—numerous friends of mine gained direct admission due to their board exam results because the university provides scholarships for high achievers in their 12th grade as well. Given that you already scored 89% in your 10th and aim for 90% in your 12th, you will qualify for a substantial academic scholarship.

On the other hand, if you're interested in taking the LPUNEST, you still have that option, as it also provides sc

    Dear reader,

Taking admission at LPU is a great choice as it provides various opportunities for their students.

Yes, you may be able to get direct admission to LPU based on your board grades and avoid taking the LPUNEST, JEE, or NEST entrance exams if you received a 90% on your 12th grade PSEB board exam.  You are also eligible for a sizable scholarship bracket because of your great score.  You should check with the LPU admission cell about this direct admission option.

For more information kindly visit their concerned website.

    I hope this information helps.

Suppose you have got 89% in your 10th board exams of the PSEB and you are sure of getting 90 per cent in your 12th PSEB exams, then you are qualified enough to apply to Lovely Professional University (LPU) in B.Tech CSE. Generally, you do not have to appear JEE Main, since LPU has its own entrance test-LPUNEST, which is an admission and scholarship examination. You may submit your application through LPUNEST and enjoy high scholarships depending on your score as you have an excellent academic record. hi,

If you score 90% in 12th PSEB and already have 89% in 10th, you may not need to appear for LPUNEST or JEE to get admission in LPU, especially for many courses. LPU offers direct admission and scholarships to students with high academic scores. For example, students scoring above 90% often qualify for direct admission and attractive scholarships. However, for professional courses like B.Tech, appearing for LPUNEST or JEE may still be recommended or required for certain programs or additional scholarships. It's best to check the latest eligibility criteria on the official LPU website for your desired course.

Absolutely! Having a humanities background is no barrier to pursuing Fine Arts at Chandigarh University.

The programme welcomes students from all streams, including humanities, as long as they meet the minimum requirement of 50% marks in their 12th exams. Many humanities students find the programme a natural extension of their academic interests, as the curriculum often connects with cultural, historical, and social themes. For example, a student who studied history might bring unique perspectives into courses like painting or applied arts.

The university values creativity and passion over specific subjects studied in school.

Yes, you can get admission in Fine Arts at Chandigarh University even if you did not study Maths in 12th. For this course, subject choice in school does not matter much. The main eligibility is very simple. A student should have passed 10+2 or an equivalent exam in any stream from a recognised board with at least 50% marks in total. Even students who have done a three-year Diploma in any branch with minimum 50% marks are also eligible to apply. So, whether you had Science, Commerce, Humanities, or any other stream, you can still go for Fine Arts. This course is made for students who are interested in creativity, drawing, painting, or d
