I scored 90.95 percentile in JEE Mains 2023 from general. Can I get any NIT or IIT?

90.5percentile is quite good score you can score much better in second attempt so don't focus on which college you will get. But IIT takes admission only through JEE Advanced. And as you are from general category you will rarely get any NIT also you can get some of IIIT and GFTI. -
