I scored 91 in jee mains cant qualify for advance hope to score above 90% in 12th can i get admission in niit.

Don't worry there are many other universities too that take into consideration both your marks in 12th as well as marks in JEE and you seem hopeful of getting very good marks in 12th. I would advise you to check out with some reputed universities like LPU, Amity, Alliance etc also for admission.
