I scored 94.91%ile in Sept MAT 2015. 10th- 75%, 12th-79%, Graduation- 58%. Can I get a call for GD PI for PGDM ?

Your score is fine but in academic profile ur score is pretty less in graduation, so i am not sure.
And one tip, in final placements many companies put a restriction on min percentage in academics atkeast above 60 or 70 so there also u might face prblms

It is unlikely to get a call at this percentile. You should aim for 99%til.
