I scored 96.49% in CMAT and I applied for GIM Goa in. Do I need to upload my score on the website? Is there a chance of getting call?

Your score is around the last years' cut off and this year too the cut off is expected to be around 96%ile, so you do have a good chance for the shortlist.
I would also request you to drop an email, at support@formsdotstar.com and cc to admissions@gim.ac.in, also put your roll no, registration ID and Score asking them to update the same.
