I scored 99.03 percentile in JEE Main Jan 2020. Will I get admission in CS in NSIT / DTU / IIIT D?

Is my percentile suffice, though I am aiming to improve my score in April 2020. Secondly My father is Ex-service man (just retired as commissioned officer). Will there be a qouta for that.
