I scored a composite 566 in MAT December 2014. Which top B-School's MBA or PGDM program in HR would be better for me?

I secured 10th-87%; +2- 80%; +3- till 4th semester mark sheet 68%. CAT 2014 was not very good and I got 40 %tile. My preferred B-School location would be South India. And the B-School should have 100% Placement guarantee or records. I've also appeared XAT 2015 and IBSAT 2014- Awaiting results.
