The top colleges have no need to compromise on their admissions. If they are slack, their reputation will be at stake. The middle level colleges may display an attitude of compromise. There, one can try, if there is a need.

You have a chance in getting into a good college in case you belong to one of the reserved categories such as SC/ST/OBC. Otherwise you have to reappear again.

There is no chance rather than attempting the test again next year. Or else you can settle for some colleges in the 50 to 60 rankings, if you dont wish to waste a year.

No because the sole criteria for admission in any good mba college is entrance exam score. Now it depends how low you scored so accordingly you can get admission.
