If you are looking for admission in Information Technology for graduation , then eligibility is 60% in Class 12th, with English, Physics and Maths.+ LPUNEST. For B.Sc IT eligibility is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent.
LPU is pretty much strict about their entrance criteria, so with such scores you are not eligible for admission.
You can look forward for admission in Diploma in IT as per your scores in Class 10th, further after diploma you can opt for B.Tech Lateral Entry.
