No chance, you should also think about other college options. But keep an eye on the counselling process, maybe in last round. Good luck.

I would suggest you to go for a private college in NCR or Noida. Also, you can check for fee waiver (if eligible) in some average colleges. Just decide your desired location and search for colleges at Shiksha.
