I secured 29770 rank in JEE Mains and 7188 Rank in VITEEE and 150 marks in MET. I want to take only CS. Which will be my best options?

Computer Science Engineering (CSE) at the top NITs (Trichy, Surathkal, Warangal) probably won't happen, because their closing ranks in CSE are typically under about 5,000 - 7,000.
NITs that are newer or lesser known (NIT Goa and NIT Sikkim, and NIT Mizoram, and NIT Puduch
With your rank:
- MET (150): You can easily take CSE at MIT Manipal - your best option.
- VITEEE (7188 rank): CSE at VIT Bhopal/Chennai easily, specializations of CSE at Vellore.
- JEE Main (29770 rank): CSE at IIITs/NITs unlikely; may be lower branches or colleges in your home state.
