I secured 38000 rank in wbjee 2015. Is there any chance for getting government colleges in the counselling or even a good private college.
Please suggest some colleges which i could get on the basis of my rank.

YYour rank does not support you. Check some good colleges with wide platform, good exposure, faculty, research and other academic facilities. Log in to some colleges like SRM, LPU, RAI

Not sure but I think you should try for some another well-recognized private engineering colleges because there are many students who have applied for government colleges with the excellent marks or rank. So it would be quite difficult for you to get any chance for it.
