I secured 45 % in pcm hsc but scored 88percentile in JEE Mains 2020 CAN I get good engineering college for it or CS.

You 12th marks are not enough to get any reputed engineering college or even private colleges also. Hence its better to give the class 12th improvement exam for improvement in 12th marks for better options.
