I secured 54% in M.Com and I belong to st category. If I pass in UGC NET exam, will I b eligible for assistant professor.

    There are some reservation criteria in UGC NET Exam for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and Transgenders. If you qualify the UGC NET Exam with having 54% aggregate marks in postgraduation, it is fine.     Yes, as you belong to reserved category, if you qualify the UGC NET, you have the eligibility for assistant professor.
