I should go for BCA and after that MCA or after class 12th(Commerce Stream) I should go for GNIIT for being a software engineer!

After 12th if you go to GNIIT, you will be software/hardware technician not an engineer. Right path is BCA+MCA as degree and masters are always valued. Also, it will open up multiple job options for you.
