First tell us in which are you want to do job and what is your basic qualification
there is many option in IT field according to their academic record

Accountant, Banking, Medical, Medicine I have pursued my B.Sc. Degree in medical Laboratory and Technology and Hardware and Networking MCSE.

You can do a job and at the same time pursue your studies, if only you plan well. Doing a job may be compulsory for you but think of your studies also.
