I start feeling sleepy all the time whenever I'm preparing for the JEE 2020. What should I do?

    Well, this has been a problem with many students, and you remain unable to grasp the things properly when you feel sleepy. I would say first get yourself checked and ensure that you are not facing any deficiency in your body like blood, glucose, calcium or anything and proceed accordingly. Thereafter take proper rest of 7-8 hours. One more thing do not give yourself so much comfort, I mean in summers may be AC rooms make you feel sleepy then turn off the AC, hope you will not that easily sleep in fan. In the same manner in winters too do not cover yourself too much that you make sleep on study desk itself feeling the warmth. Do not let

    Hi,
    You should start consuming coffee whenever you fall asleep. Also, it seems there's a lack of dedication towards JEE that's why you feel sleepy. If coffee doesn't works consult any doctor ASAP. Good luck with the preparations girl.
