I started B.Tech in 2008 and have seven backlogs for which I could not appear due to some serious issues. Can I clear my backlogs now?

I was supposed to complete my degree in 2012, but I couldn't.

Hello Sunil, It's heartening indeed to see your desire to complete your degree in spite of so many elapsed years. Unfortunately, there are different rules set by each university & you will have to check with the administrative staff of your college about rules by your university.
