I started engineering in 2007 But couldn't able to complete because of Financial issues.I have many backlogs.can I complete this yr?

Ideally I should have completed in 2011 but because of my financial situations I had to take up a full time job so is it possible for me to complete the back logs now I mean in 2015? I'm R07 batch from JNTU.
