i started mca distance from smu but i got some paper back due to work load it ill be effect in next job when i ll change after complete

i have one year ex in IT due to work load i got some paper back i want to know when i complete mca (distance ) from sikkimmanipal university if ill change it will be affect some where in next job ?

Make if first point to clear your all backlogs of mca before joining other company .After completing your mca. It will be beneficial for career growth having post grad with experience .Best of luck
