I started my job carrier in telecom company as engineer. Now I want to Sturdy to switch over my job profile.What should I study now ?

I have completed B.Tech(E&Tc) in 2008 with 63%.Worked for TATA Teleservices & ZTE as Project & maintenance Engineer(4yr) Now I want other job profile in short period (6mth).I have completed CCNA as other course. Please guide me to a better carrier direction. I don't prefer M.tech & MBA right now.
