I started my M.A Eng at MKU of Distant Education in 2004 and couldn't continue my last sem. can I complete it now and get my degree?

I started in 2004 and attended all the semesters and had 3 papers arrier . Due to my family circumstances I couldn't continue.Do kindly guide me.

There is no such provision in any university to finish your incomplete degree after such a long gap. You will have to take fresh admission. These days we have many universities like LPUDE, SMUDE, IGNOU etc that are offering many degrees through distance education, so you can check their websites for
