Hi, preparing for UPSC not only needs hard work but smart work, when talking about the syllabus of UPSC it is limitless, but smart work can enhance your preparation. For this, I believe you need to study NCERT books mainly from class 9th to class 12th for subjects like polity and geography. NCERT textbook on microfinance for class 11th and class 12; NCERT text book biology of class 12th botany for ecology; NCERT class 9th - class 10th for Science and technology and NCERT class 6th to class 12th for History and Art and Culture. Now come to the current affairs section. Do read some newspaper, read the important exam oriented issues. This will definitely help you to score a good mark in UPSC.
