I stay in Nashik, I want to ask what are the alternatives for MBBS if doing MBBS is not possible.

If you want a career in medicine Only, then you can go for BDS B.A. MS BUMS BHMS or some other related course. If you want to opt for some other career like teaching or defense, you can go for B.Sc. In some subjects and then apply for CDS AFCAT etc. Or do B.Ed for teaching.
