    Yes, you can. Statistics usually requires maths in 12th. Since you have already done maths, you are eligible.

    Yes, you are fully eligible for this course. Many colleges take entrance exam to get admission in this course. Many colleges prefer 12th marks to for admission in statistics.

    Yes, of course. I heard that anyone can choose any honours subject after plus two if the candidate is interested.
