Hii Karthi! Truly speaking that MBA is not a wise choice after B.Tech instead you can go for M.Tech. But now a days, B.Tech+MBA are in excessive demand. Specilization in MBA is actually irrelevant to your B.Tech degree. But still my suggestion is that after completion of your degree, you can go for MBA in Sales & Marketing or in HR. Actually MBA in Finance has higher scope from salary prospective but it will be very very difficult to you to understand the Accounting, Business Maths and all. So u can go for either Sales & Marketing or HR or IB. They also poses higher scope in India.
