I studied biotechnology but I would like to join PG in MCA, is it possible ? And do I have to give any exams to join MCA course?

    Yes, you can pursue a course like MCA irrespective of your graduation background. I have seen people with Biology honors in Graduation have moved to the software domain by doing MCA degree. So, you can also do it but do the MCA course from a well-reputed institute at the state level or a national level.
