i submitted my file as a student dependent but ukba refused it , they say my marriage certificate is not translated by professional &
they say my marriage certificate is not translated by professional translator. my marriage affidavit is in Gujarati but i translated it in English when me and my wife decided to step into UK. even my wife`s passport also declare my name as husband. i also submitted memorandum of marriage

Hi Rohan, what is generally expected is that the translation in English be done by a professional translator (who is not easily accessible in India) or you could get it done by a public notary.
